Holly Trace is a beautiful, quiet community known for its dense, natural setting. The homes are composed of a variety of structures, showing a lot of personality throughout the neighborhood. All lots have an abundance of trees, creating a private feeling in the heart of Simpsonville. Our amenities also include the use of a spacious clubhouse, private pool area, and playground!
We have a great clubhouse available for rental to all residents. The clubhouse is fully furnished and has a full kitchen for preparations. The french doors open into a beautiful swimming pool area. The pool is open to all residents and can be included in the clubhouse rental for special occasions. Located below the pool is a playground and picnic area perfect for large groups, pets, or games.
